Every SVEASØN piece is handcrafted in small quantities with great care and attention. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order and reach out to us directly if something is nøt quite right.
Defective ør wrøng items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not what you ordered, we will of course make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at mail@sveason.com and include your order number together with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Right øf withdrawal
In accørdance with EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at mail@sveason.com before returning your item.

Our pieces are handcrafted and produced only in small quantities. We kindly ask you to choose carefully. Returns can only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please send us an email at mail@sveason.com including your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not send anything back without prior confirmation.

We usually respond within 2 business days with all return instructions and the return address.
03 — PACK CAREFULLY
Send it back safely
Please pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost in transit.
04 — REFUND ØR EXCHANGE
We’ll process everything as quickly as possible
Once your return has arrived and been inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days using the original payment method.
Internatiønal returns
For orders shipped outside the EU, return shipping costs as well as possible customs fees are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before initiating a return so we can guide you through the process.
